Individual Card FAQs:

• When you activate “Thunder of Ruler”, since your opponent cannot enter the Battle Phase, your opponent proceeds from Main Phase 1 to the End Phase.

Netrep Rulings:

• If Main Phase 1 is also skipped after the effect of “Thunder of Ruler,” the affected player will not receive a Main Phase 2.
